Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been an evaluator on several HRSA, HIH, and other foundation grants. I have evaluated community-based grants for the National Cancer Institute, and CDC. I am a published program planner and instructional designer. I teach program planning and evaluation at the undergraduate,graduate and community level. I have directed the development of multiple community coalitions and health programs and contributed to policy development and services improvements for the state, region, and the community.
