Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Chief of the Nursing Diversity and Development Branch in the Division of Nursing in the Bureau of Health Professions at HRSA. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Social Epidemiologist. She received her bachelorâs and masterâs degrees in Nursing from the University of South Carolina at Columbia, her doctorate (PhD) in Nursing from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and a masterâs of public health degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health.
