We go through life one day at a time. The work week starts with a Monday and ends on a Friday. In the video, Monday is shown through the side view mirror of a car. Friday is usually greeted with “happy Friday” and the weekend represents the opposite of the work week when it comes to play. The video ends with a person riding his bike into the sunset. By the end of the video, the viewer might have trouble differentiating a work day from the weekend in the video because everyday looks like play in the video. The idea behind the video is that everyday can be a day to play if one simply learns to appreciate and see what the city can offer in terms of play, which translates to physical movement.
