Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: During her 27-year career, Ms. Sykes has held various health and aging policy positions in both state and federal government. She served as the Associate Director for Planning & Legislation for the Centers for Disease Control’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health; as professional staff for the U.S. Special Committee on Aging; and as Associate staff for U.S. Representative Obey. She also worked for the Administrator of the Wisconsin State Division of Health.
