How an addiction/behavioral health treatment center developed an FQHC: Lessons learned

This presentation will highlight the history of a Stanley St Treatment & Resources, Inc. development of a primary care clinic. We will discuss the impetus for starting a clinic and the early challenges that were encountered. The session will cover our current patient census and the organizations ongoing efforts to integrate substance use disorder treatment into a primary care model. SSTAR will outline its ongoing efforts to incorporate an Open Access model and to incorporate wellness assessments and programming into the agency.
