Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the Faculty Director of the Health and Biomedical Law Concentration at Suffolk University Law School and am a former Deputy General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. I have written about the impact of law on health and racial and ethnic disparities in health care. I am involved with the effort known as "The George Project" which seeks to ensure that public policy reflects public health principles.
