Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the current Chief of Department at Boston EMS and have 35 years of experience. Past roles include: EMT, Paramedic, Shift Commander and as the Superintendent of Field Operations. Additionally, I served as the Superintendent in Chief from 2004 through the fall of 2009. And I have participated in the development of major departmental policies as well as the planning and operations of EMS at many of Boston's major events and multiagency drills.
