Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Since 2008 I have been providing emergency planning, program administration, and technical assistance services at the county and state level. My work has been funded by federal emergency preparedness grants. I have also responded to numerous disasters and public health emergencies including the Boston Marathon bombing where I coordinated state and federal assets focusing on behavioral health issues.
