Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Jessica Kendall is the Director of Outreach at Enroll America. Jessica works to identify best practices in outreach and enrollment, and shares those lessons with partners at the national, state, and local level. Formerly, Ms. Kendall consulted on consumer assistance and navigator related projects for the National Academy of State Health Policy and the Georgetown Center for Children and Families. While in Oregon, she was the Outreach Manager for Oregonâs Healthy Kids Program.
