Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have many years of experience related to accreditation documentation, and am the former director of NCâs state-based accreditation program. For PHAB, I led the development of the training for site visitors and beta test applicants on the subject of selecting and evaluating documentation to meet accreditation standards. I also have multiple years of experience in training and consultation and serve as the Education Specialist for PHAB, with primary duties of developing and leading training.
