Roundtable
This session will describe and classify facts from fictions via the presentation of scientific information and the results of evidence-based practices.
Session Objectives: Discuss challenges in providing sexual health education and services in public schools.
Discuss implications pertaining to lack of communication between parents/guardians and emerging adults on prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
Describe the sexual values and communication characteristics of youth who engage in first sexual encounter while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
