Social determinants of health are those factors such as housing and nutrition that contribute the well-being of individuals. Social media can be useful tools in measuring the impact of social determinants on health, and this session will explore how some communities are making this happen.
Session Objectives: At the end of this session participants should be able to: describe possible impact of social media on the social determinants of health.
