Reassessing masculinity: What defines a real man?

Tuesday, November 5, 2013: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
In this session we hope to show the importance of various everyday interactions including faith, digital media, and the role of women in the lives of men, and how they each effect a man's belief of masculinity.
Session Objectives: Discuss gender roles in masculinity. Demonstrate the relevance of the faith community in male masculinity. Describe various ways to reach men about health related issues without the feeling that their masculinity is at risk.
