Shift turn-over communication strategies in a healthcare environment

One of the greatest challenges organizations face is maintaining a common focus on improving the business across all functional areas and levels. In order for all employees, from uppermost management to hourly employees, to receive business information consistently and accurately, the facility needs a clearly defined strategy that provides for vertical and horizontal communication, and a method by which the information and strategy are audited. Also explored are alternative communication methods used to augment the communication strategy. Using these strategic communication tools promotes an organizational focus on the business and the means to ensure continuous improvement.
