Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As the SPHERE program director for 14 years, I am the primary developer of its Overdose Prevention Training Initiative, overseeing its training dissemination and evaluation. I’ve authored reports to the Massachusetts DPH on the program’s success, published articles, and made presentations to the Association for Medical Education and Research in Substance Abuse (AMERSA) and the International Harm Reduction Association.
