Multivariable regression methods

Using practical exercises that foster hands-on experience involving SPSS, students will learn how to control for potential confounding factors through multiple linear regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis.

Define what a confounder is. Discuss the importance of controlling for potential confounders in the analysis phase of research. Explain and interpret partial regression coefficients in linear and logistic regression analyses.
