Biographical Sketch: Dr. Payam Sheikhattari is an Assistant Professor at the Morgan State University School of Community Health and Policy with research interests in the areas of mental health, health promotion, and community-based participatory research. He has MD and MPH from Uromia and Tehran Universities in Iran. He continued his work at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2003 to 2005 as a postdoctoral fellow. Dr. Sheikhattari has several years of experience working with national and international community based participatory research projects.
