Biographical Sketch: Dr. Miranda is Assistant Professor of Health Policy and Administration and Demography at The Pennsylvania State University. She was a part of the 2008-2010 Kellogg Health Scholar Postdoctoral Fellowship cohort at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, and earned both her PhD and MPH from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Her research focuses on cancer prevention for vulnerable populations, specifically immigrant and Latino populations.
