Biographical Sketch: Professor Andreas Muller received his Ph.D. in Sociology from Binghamton University. He taught business statistics and decison analysis in the Master of Health Services Administration program for the last 15 years. Professor Muller’s interest in time series analysis began in the late 1980s when he became aware of the Box-Jenkins models. He published several public health related policy analyses using ARIMA methods in the American Journal of Public Health.
