Biographical Sketch: He established Health Economics Group in 1978 as a Third Party Administrator. Responsibilitis include general management, actuarial analysis, employee benefit design, plan economics, cost containment. For several years he was a Research Associate in Community Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Center (University of Rochester). He was a member of the Monroe County (NY) Board of Health for ten years, two as president. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from Stanford.
