Biographical Sketch: Dr. Alberto J.F. Cardelle is a professor of public health at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Cardelle is a faculty member of the Department of Health Studies at East Stroudsburg where he teaches in the CEPH accredited MPH program in Community Health Education, and established the B.S. in Health Services Administration.
His areas of research include public health infrastructure and preparedness, minority health issues, rural public health issues and international health policy. He has served as PI in over a 25 grants and contracts. He currently serves as PI on a five year grant with the CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health on the evaluation of the Pennsylvania Astha control program and a Robert Wood Johnson grant evaluating the Foundation's Community Health Leaders program.
