Biographical Sketch: Dr. Buseh is an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee College of Nursing. He is Chairperson for the University Institutional Review Board. His research focuses on understanding personal and structural barriers related to healthcare and social stigma experiences among HIV-infected urban Blacks and ethics and research in minority populations. Dr. Buseh is principal investigator on a triangulated community-based participatory research project intended to engage and sustained Blacks in genetics and genomic research including biobanking
