Biographical Sketch: APHA President in 1983, Dr. Robbins is currently Co-Editor of the Journal of Public Health Policy and Professor of Public Health at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Robbins directed the Vermont and Colorado health departments, the National Vaccine Program, and served as the Professional Staff Member for health at the House Energy and Commerce Committee. As a former NIOSH Director he now works on worker health with a grant from the Public Welfare Foundation.
