Biographical Sketch: Dr. T. Lucas Hollar is an Assistant Professor of Public Health within Nova Southeastern University’s (NSU) College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he is a co-principle investigator for evaluation of Broward Regional Health Planning Council’s Community Transformation Grant, “Transforming Our Community’s Health,” made possible with funding through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. Hollar’s current research focuses on organizational change and development for patient-centered medical homes and public health theory.
