Biographical Sketch: Dr. Kerr is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. She teaches Health Informatics and participates in research using the Omaha System standardized language. Her research in noise-induced hearing loss prevention uses tailored health communications to promote hearing protection behavior among construction workers.
