Biographical Sketch: John Blosnich is an NRSA Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester who also works with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs VISN-2 Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention. His current work focuses on examining social determinants of suicide risk among LGBT populations, including early life stress and childhood adversity. He also is helping to develop LGBT research and clinical training in the Department of Veteran Affairs.
