Biographical Sketch: John “Juan” Luque is an Assistant Professor in Community Health at Georgia Southern University. His current research focus is to develop community-based interventions to impact cancer disparities in high risk, medically underserved, or racial/ethnic minority populations. His research is supported by NIH and is focused on cervical cancer screening in the southern US and Peru with Hispanics/Latinas and prostate cancer disparities among African Americans.
