Biographical Sketch:
To whom it may concern, I am a colleague of Dr. Joly's and work on this project with her. I will be presenting on behalf of our team. Research Associate – George Shaler BA, Hamilton College MPH, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC Mr. Shaler is a Research Associate at the Muskie School of Public Service. He provides program evaluation and consultation services to state and local government agencies as well as community-based organizations. During his tenure with the Muskie School, Mr. Shaler has worked on a range of public health and criminal justice projects including: local health department quality improvement efforts, school-based health utilization, county jail trends, disproportionate minority contact, and juvenile and adult recidivism analysis.
