Biographical Sketch: Enid Watson of the Institute for Health and Recovery is Director of Screening and Early Identification Projects; Massachusetts FASD State Coordinator; and the Project Director for A Helping Hand: Mother to Mother, a CAPTA demonstration project. Ms. Watson was the project director of Project FAST: Fetal Alcohol Screening for Today (FAST), funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (2004-2007) was to improve the prevention of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and to further the identification and treatment of children with FASD.
