Biographical Sketch: Jaime Gutierrez, MPH, is Project Director for the Center for Evaluation and Applied Research at The New York Academy of Medicine. Jaime has over 15 years of public health experience in direct service, research, advocacy, and program management. His work focuses on Community-Based Participatory Research, Health Disparities, and Public Policy. He currently evaluates initiatives focusing on diabetes and cardiovascular health in places of worship throughout New York State.
