Biographical Sketch: Stephen Gambescia is assistant dean for academic and student affairs, College of Nursing and Health Professions, Drexel University. He is associate professor of health, society and administration. He has held a number of academic administrative positions. His research interests in higher education include continuing professional education program development, evaluation, credentialing, and online learning. Dr. Gambescia is on the Board of the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. He is a past president of National SOPHE.
