Biographical Sketch: Lara Hilton was educated at UC Berkeley in Sociology and UCLA in Public Health. She has been with RAND Corporation since 2000 working as a research programmer analyst specializing in mixed methods. Her primary research areas are within health policy. They include: Policy work on complementary, alternative, and integrative medicine, evidence-based practice medicine, emergency preparedness and program evaluation.
