Biographical Sketch: My background consists of a PhD in Economics from UC Davis and an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistic from UC Berkeley where I also taught at each for several years. In addition, I have several years of experience as a Health Economist consultant addressing projects that evaluate outcomes in Health Care Facilities.
