Biographical Sketch: Paul Epstein leads the Results That Matter Team, based in New York. He has over 30 years’ experience improving public and nonprofit performance and a lifetime achievement award from the American Society for Public Administration. His three books include RESULTS THAT MATTER. He also co-authored 3 chapters of THE PUBLIC HEALTH QUALITY IMPROVEMENT HANDBOOK. He has assisted public health organizations in quality improvement, performance management, and using Community Balanced Scorecard tools that he developed.
