Biographical Sketch: Adele is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Policy at UMBC. She works on disability-related projects with her colleague Nancy Miller and has also studied work disability in work funded by the Social Security Administration. Her other interests include the social determinants of health and health insurance markets. Adele has a MHA from the University of Ottawa and a PhD in health services from UCLA.
