Biographical Sketch: Luisa Franzini is a health economist at the University of Texas School of Public Health. She obtained a B.Sc, M.Sc, and Ph.D in Economics and Econometrics from the London School of Economics. After several years working as a theoretical econometrician, she is currently engaged in the fields of health economics, cost analysis, and social determinants of health.
