Biographical Sketch: Dr. David Reyes is a Health Services Administrator with the Department of Public Health – Seattle & King County. He received his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, as well as masters’ degrees in Nursing and Public Health also from the UW. His doctoral work focused on the efforts of the Public Health Accreditation Board’s public health department beta sites to prepare for meeting accreditation standards, particularly Domain IX on quality improvement.
