Biographical Sketch: Julie Willems Van Dijk is the Deputy Director of the Robert Wood Johnson-funded County Health Roadmaps project at the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. She previously served as the local health officer in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Julie holds a PhD in Nursing with an emphasis in Public Health Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a graduate of the Robert Wood Johnson Nurse Executive Fellows Program and a current fellow in the National Public Health Leadership Institute.
