Biographical Sketch: Timothy Ken Mackey is a Clinical Instructor, UCSD, Senior Research Associate, Institute of Health Law Studies, and Ph.D Candidate in the Joint Doctoral Program in Global Health at UCSD-SDSU. He earned his BA in Political Science-International Relations at UCSD, and a Masters Degree in Health Law, UCSD-California Western School of Law. Mr. Mackey has researched, presented and published on a broad range of issues on domestic and global health, law, technology, governance and policy.
