Biographical Sketch: JP Leider is a doctoral fellow at the Office of Public Health Practice & Training at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health in Baltimore. He plans to defend his dissertation in December, the focus of which is resource allocation broadly in state health agencies. JP's research agenda focuses on issues of public health practice and public health systems.
