Biographical Sketch: Dr. Anne Marie O'Keefe is a clinical psychologist, attorney, health advocate, researcher, educator and communication practitioner. She is an Associate Professor at Morgan State University’s School of Community Health and Policy. Dr. Hazel Harper is a graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry and the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She was a founding member of the Student National Dental Association and later, the NDA’s first woman President. Co-founder and former Project Director of the Deamonte Driver Dental Project, she is a private dental practitioner and an oral health advocate.
