Biographical Sketch: Ms. Buchthal is a Doctoral Candidate in Public Health at the University of Hawai'i. She earned her MSPH at the UCLA School of Public Health For the last four years, she has worked as an evaluator with the Healthy Hawaii Initiative Evaluation Team in the UH Manoa Office of Public Health Studies. She is currently the lead evaluator for the State of Hawaii Department of Health's SNAP-Ed program.
