Biographical Sketch: Jen Keith is a Research Associate at Public Health Management Corporation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has been working as project manager and program evaluator for the comprehensive statewide evaluation of Pennsylvania's Tobacco Prevention and Control Program since 2005, collecting and analyzing primary and secondary data.
