Biographical Sketch: Samuel is a Research Associate at the South Carolina Rural Health Research Center, working on grant-funded research projects focusing on vulnerable populations. He is a doctoral candidate & Instructor in Health Services Policy & Management at the University of South Carolina. He earned his MPH at the University of North Florida & received the Norman J. Arnold Fellowship in 2010-2011. He plans to continue conducting policy-related research as a professor or non-academic researcher in public health policy.
