Biographical Sketch: Jennifer Ibrahim, PhD, MPH is an Assistant Professor of Health Policy in the Department of Public Health at Temple University and the Associate Director of the Robert Wood Johnson’s National Program Office for Public Health Law Research. Dr. Ibrahim conducts research in the area of public health law and policy, specifically in the area of tobacco control and food safety with a focus on the intersection of public and private actors and the role of evidence in policy development.
