Biographical Sketch:
Sean Haley, Ph.D., MPH is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Policy and Administration at Brooklyn College and the City University of New York’s School of Public Health. Dr. Haley has worked for non-profits, State and county governments, and as a consultant. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Vermont, a M.P.H. from the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health in Policy and Administration and a Ph.D. in Health Policy from Brandeis’ Heller School of Social Policy and Management. He completed his post-doctoral training at the Treatment Research Institute in Philadelphia and served as the Senior Research Analyst for the National Association for State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors before joining the CUNY faculty. His research interests include the relationship between social context and the health of vulnerable populations. His current research is focused on performance measures and the use of medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders.
