Biographical Sketch: Ms. Holcombe has worked as a health policy analyst for the U.S. DHHS, and with the Packard Foundation on grantmaking for reproductive health advocacy and services in Mexico, Ethiopia and Sudan and reproductive rights in the US. She directed the Ellertson Social Science Postdoctoral Fellowship in Abortion and Reproductive Health. She has an MPH and an MPPM from Yale University, and is now pursuing a Ph.D in public health at the University of California, Berkeley.
