Biographical Sketch: Dr. Schwandt earned her master’s degree in 2006 and her doctoral degree in 2009 from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. At the Center for Communication Programs (CCP) she is a technical monitoring and evaluation advisor for a variety of projects. She has worked in Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, and Zambia.
