Biographical Sketch: Stacey Tannenbaum earned her Ph.D. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University. Dr. Tannenbaum has been a registered dietitian for 28 years and currently works as an Assistant Scientist at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and with the Miami Occupational Research Group investigating issues of chronic disease and mortality in the population and among U.S. workers. Her area of expertise is nutrition and cancer in the population.
