Biographical Sketch: Dr. Kim is Assistant Professor of the Department of Health Administration and Director of the undergraduate program at Governors State University. Dr. Kim’s research interests are in healthcare financial management and the performance of hospitals. His previous research examines the determinants of hospital capital investment and factors influencing hospitals’ financial distress. His current research also examines disparities in access to health services.
